OUR RETURN POLICY:
- To be eligible for a full refund, your item/s need to be returned in its original packaging.
- Your refund will not be accepted if the swing tag has been removed.
- You have up to 14 days to return your item/s from date of delivery.
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method after 10 days of receiving your return. Please see terms and conditions for further information.
RETURN INFORMATION:
- We do not offer exchanges.
- We do not offer free returns; you will be responsible for the cost of your returns.
- If your items fails to be returned, we will request proof of postage, failure to provide evidence will consequence in no refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEM: We do not offer refunds for hijabs.

Please ensure the item/s are in its original condition, with all tags and packaging
Step 3
Pack the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Step 4
Ship the item/s back to us using the carrier of your choice to the return address provided
